BetterMed In Ashland is one of the worse... If I could give them a negative 1 Rating I would...First of all how do you employ front desk people who don't even have Customer Service Skills and don't have any professional decorum about who the represent. Ghetto AS Hell...Know it's a private help company because the can higher anyone off the damn streets to be a receptionist or CMA...Whatever school they attended to become certified, they need to ask for a Full Refund...I would be afraid to have them register me at any hospital or urgent clinic...

What a nice experience when I felt so sick I didn't want to wait in a hospital emergency room. Of course it's Sunday and the Primary Care isn't open. Well I walked right in for a first time visit. The check in was EASY. I was seen fast and was out of there fast. Hey much faster than my primary care. I will be going to BetterMed INSTEAD of the primary care office that takes forever for most of my cold and infection type visits. I highly recommend BetterMed Urgent Care, Mechanicsville, Va

Honest experience

The reception staff was polite and attentive, while the physicians were respectful and knowledgable. My entire visit was conducted in a quick manner, but wasn't rushed. My was diagnosed was reviled in less then 30 minutes and my entire visit was under an hour.

The staff was very friendly, caring and informative. The place was very clean. I liked the way they moved so quickly with me. Once they did the blood work, (which did not take long) they had answers for me pertaining to why I was there. They are all so friendly and professional. I would difanantly go to that location again.
