clean, elegant, and innovative
As the health industry adapts to the new landscape of payment and delivery of services, few have so elegantly risen to the challenge as BetterMed. I recently visited for a flu-like illness. I found the entire process convenient, fast, inexpensive, and empirically sound. I would recommend them to anyone who needs care quickly.

Quick, accurate
Polite, caring, and fast. Gives urgent care a better reputation. Patient First has caused urgent care to be known as joke in many areas around Richmond. BetterMed is changing that. I point people to BetterMed any time the subject comes up.

Medical care is appropriate
Medical care is appropriate; however, 'scheduling' is useless. It does not matter whether or not you 'schedule' a time. That time has nothing to do with an appointment to be seen by medical staff. I've had to wait in excess of 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
