I was told this was a pediatric urgent…
I was told this was a pediatric urgent care through Novant triage nurses-they tried to weigh my 6 month old on an adult scale. It was also made very clear that they could not do an accurate assessment of my child here. The “dr” was not friendly nor reassuring. I would not return here for my child nor myself.

Great experience!
Great experience. It felt like a Dr.’s office and not like an emergency room. I had only used one other urgent care provider (Patient First) in the past and this experience blows them away!

Not "Better" med.
Visited this facility 2/20/20 The nurse who collected my blood seemed uncertain in his actions, taking several attempts to hit my veins. Also while in a room with no sink or toilet was asked to provide a urine sample in a plastic bottle. Only hand sanitizer to clean up. Not my idea of "Better".

Did not meet expectations
There was not protective cover on patient bed. The wait was long and it did not appear busy. The NP did not do a thorough test. Phenomenal waste of my time. I was later accurately diagnosed and treated

According to my primary care physician
According to my primary care physician, one of BetterMed's diagnoses was incorrect, and one prescription should not have been given to me.
