The service I shared was really great. I gave four stars because the $50.00 co-pay threw me off. I was thinking it was $25.00 Nevertheless; everyone I came in contact was great I would recommend this facility to anyone. They have a t.v in the room so that really help as often it feels like you're in those rooms for days before someone comes in to check you. Thanks again Urgent Care!!!!!

The entire staff at Better Med on Hull Street are exceptional. I have been to this location numerous times and have always been treated well. The doctors are quick and efficient. I have seen a few different doctors and each time I have felt like they take the time to really listen to me. I would highly recommend this location.

I love the way you are taken care of very quickly but all your concerns are taken care of.

This is the first time I cannot give 5 stars. We waited 3 hours total. I can understand if there were a lot of patients there but there were not.

The staff was very nice. My biggest complaint is policy based. I was taken out of work for 3 days due to the flu by the doctor at BetterMed. I asked if there is any chance I could still go to work because I do not get sick days, we have to apply for FMLA approval and I was told No, I have to stay home. I agreed and took the 3 days off. However when I returned to the location to have FMLA papers signed by the doctor, I was told they cannot do fmla papers which left me in a bad spot. My argument is if BetterMed are not allowed to help with FMLA paper then they should not be allowed to keep individuals out of work.

I f patients are immediately sent to the ER with no care at all given. They shouldn't be charged a fee.

Thankfully, the physicians assistant ignored the X-ray technician's conclusions because the technician was wrong. My son's injury was a break not a sprain.

Appt was fine but very disappointed with the deception associated with the wrist brace. They charged over $200 for a brace that I could have and would have purchased from somewhere else for less than $50 if I was advised of the price.
