I had a great experience @ Better Med back in February and already reviewed the visit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (with the exception of the flu test that was painful!!) Everyone was helpful and kind, and I was in and out in no time at all even though there were several patients there, Highly recommended, I've been to the Mechanicsville and the Willow Lawn location and had the same great experience in both locations, the staff is very caring and professional.

Everyone at the office was efficient and super friendly. I came back a second time and still the same service. Thank you!

I had an appointment time of 1:00pm. I was not seen until 2:15pm. I believe other people walked in and were taken care of first rather than those who set an appointment. THE DATE OF THE APPOINTMENT WAS FEBRUARY 10, 2020.
