This was our first time at BetterMed. We were SO impressed! All of the extra investment in providing snacks, drinks, and a comfortable waiting room makes a positive first impression. Moving into registration and processing was quick and easy. The doctor was friendly and efficient. Our in and out time was maybe 30 minutes, which is amazing! Patient First could learn a thing or two from you all. My family and I will only ever go to BetterMed from now on.

This my 3rd visit and each time I am greeted by friendly intake personnel and seen in a timely manner. The staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I am thrilled to have BetterMed as an option for medical care.

The experience was satisfactory, however the cost was astronomical. I took my 7 year old in for the flu and saw a physician's assistant (never even saw a doctor). They diagnosed her with the flu and gave her 2 flu test (type A and B). When we got the bill they had charged us $369 for the visit alone and $50 a piece for the test. This was about 5 times the amount our family physician would have charged us for the same service.
