I was told I didn't have bronchitis. I went to my primary care 3 days later and was told I have bronchitis and was given a breathing treatment and different meds.

I wasn’t impressed at all they had to lance some places in my arm and butchered me up it was a mess I had to drain them myself because of the way I was cut I will never go there again and did not explain to me why or what they were poor service .

They were slow and didn't know how to use their systems even though I was the only person there. But I can deal with that. The stitches on my arm (5 total) they gave me were completely disorganized there were huge gaps between some stitches and others super close. One of the stitches had 8. Yes, 8 overhand knots. It looked like I had a braid of hair coming off my arm or a 3 year old that tied their shoe for the first time. The stitches were also not tight and one fell out within 24hrs. I made sure not to come back and just removed them on my own 10 days later. Please avoid. I do not have medical training and I could do a better job. I've had plenty of stitches from when I was younger and just glad I didn't bring my kid here. Man, healthcare has gone to fast food level of service and quality. I pray it's another 10 years again before I need any care. Edit: This was for the Charlotte Location on South Blvd.

The service professionals at the front desk was very friendly, courteous in every way. Wait time was very brief, the facility was very clean and sanitary. The medical staff was very knowledgeable and speak in clear, concise way of understanding the symptoms and future treatments.
