First visit - very pleased
Was very pleasantly surprised how clean, efficient, and caring the facility and staff was during my first BetterMed visit. I’ll never go back to the other urgent care place I used to visit!

There is one major problem for the…
There is one major problem for the visits I have when visiting, the check in process. There is only one person checking people in and it is a manual paper process that requires too much time. All employees have been very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Best Urgent Care I've Visited
From the woman at the check in desk to the MA who took my pressures, to the person who diagnosed my injury, EVERYONE was smiling, professional and extremely caring. It is the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care.
