Office failure
My children were scheduled to see the doctor at 10:05am and 10:20am. We had arrived 20 minutes prior to the first appointment time. They were not seen until 11:30am. More than an hour after the appointment time. This is unacceptable. The doctor was very informative with care and gave good advice.

Great Visit!
My visit went quickly thanks to online check-in. The staff and NP all were professional and courteous. They listened. Keep up the great work! You are my first choice if I cannot get in to my PCP in time.

Great staff
Great staff. Very nice, patient. The PA was very knowledgeable and personable. Very clean facility as well.

I had symptoms of strep and you did not…
I had symptoms of strep and you did not treat me because I tested negative. I tested positive for strep 2 days later while I was out of town. It was the worst. You should change your protocol. The doctor in NC did not even do a strep test...he treated my symptoms.
