Excellent experience with all of the…
Excellent experience with all of the staff. They were all professional and courteous. I was taken care of in a timely manner and the diagnosis and medicine took care of my needs.

Only because "0" stars was not an option; they showed way more concern with obtaining my insurance information than my symptoms or medical needs.

Have always received great care
Have always received great care. they are thorough and caring. once I went in for an injury, all was fine, just a bad sprain. But they cared enough, took my blood sugar, I'm a diabetic, and my sugar was through the roof. they addressed that and I left with a much lower sugar level. another time I went in for a cat bite. they knew that I needed to go to the hospital for intravenous antibiotics. I stayed in hospital for a week, ended up having surgery to remove the infection. I'm sure they saved my life

Staff was very friendly upon procedure
Staff was very friendly upon procedure, however, when it came to checking results youncould tell the staff was frustrated and was tired of answering calls. I had to go to patient first just to get a return to work notice which cost me hundreds of dollars because they stopped answering the phone.
