I went into Better Med. On Sunday morning 6/28/2020. The staff members here it seemed as though they did not know what they were doing . Most of the test that I have seen they swab deep into your noise. the staff here just swabbed the lower part of my noise and said we will have your results 3 to 5 days .I called on the third day(no results) call 5th day ( no results) called on the 6th day no results. I ask for the staff members name. phone went silent she would not answer. This place is a disgrace and wish I never came here.

I have called billing department and the office, as well as sent out a couple emails within the last month that no one has responded too. I have a bill that was charged on my card on 6/6 and nothing was billed to my insurance even though I was told the office did take my insurance.

Very professional and quick to get you back to see a doctor.

Because they share your details sending information to the wrong email address, and continue to send stuff there after the nice person that gets the information tells them they have the wrong email address OOOOPs
