My appointment went smoothly. The staff was friendly. However, the prescription I was given took a very long time to work, when I attempted to changed them the process didn't work for me. The process should be there to help the patient. The numbers seen by the lab or doctors are only one part of the health process - what the patient feels should come first.

When I came in for my COVID-19 testing - the DR looked down my throat and said Strep throat was highly unlikely. I saw my PCP a few days later after being so sick - I tested positive for strep throat.

I had to return a week later for symptoms that I knew would develop due to medication I was prescribed. I got there and after checking in. I sat in an exam room for an hour just to perform a 5 minute self swab test. And its been days and I have not seen or been contacted about any lab results.
