I liked the PA a lot and I believe the plan of care was reasonable but I very obviously had a urinary tract infection. The urinalysis was indicative and I fully expected them to sent the urine out for culture and they did NOT. I’m not sure who’s fault but 4 days later when the Macrobid didn’t seem to be working and I called for results they told me what happened. I foolishly went back in to get a urine culture done knowing fully that it would be inconclusive because of antibiotics on board. New antibiotic given to me but I continued with urinary issues and finally I saw a urologist 2 weeks later and had an infection. 3 weeks of undiagnosed UTI and discomfort. Everyone should be very careful to follow all orders to help a patient. The ball was dropped in my case and caused a great deal of stress and discomfort.

Employees were nice but no real direction for what to do next. They didnt know what was wrong and I left feeling like I didnt know what to do next.

Efficient service

The Staff was very courteous and professional. It was explained how the procedure would be conducted and it was completed with patience and professionalism. Recommend with no hesitation.

The BetterMed staff are always courteous and validate your illness. Service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere is very clean. I highly recommend. Also, somehow all the staff are very attractive. Not kidding.

Would be excellent except for not being able to talk to someone in the office. Maybe more help with phone answering would be good! Everyone in the office was great!
