Very caring staff.

The process was very simple. The challenges in the process were in that one had to make a reservation early in the morning to have a chance of securing a spot in 3 days. Also, when we arrived for our appointment we had to wait in our car over 30 minutes. The process should be more prompt in their scheduling.

I found the manner in which I was treated as very professional. It appears that the facility is taking great caution as it relates to COVID19. I also thought everyone did a great job addressing my needs and trying to provide me with the care that would help resolve my health concerns as quickly as possible. Although I have a primary care doctor, this is not my first visit to this facility as it is convenient to my home especially when the illness is more immediate and the care I receive is always very thorough. I have recommended this location and will continue to do so.

We have now had two occasions where we were exposed to covid19 through work and each time, BetterMed has been amazingly accessible and responsive to our concerns. We have piece of mind for our families thanks to the access to BetterMed.

Better safe and clean place. They’ve developed a nice and safe process to be attended without get infected or infecting others due to Covid-19. I definitely will use other services.

Great experience, fast and professional!

Excellent service by PA, desk visit/payment was easy. Facility always clean. Do not like check in on ipad, think that is gross in todays time, people line up behind you and its stressful when you are sick. Staff very welcoming.
