Pleasant staff. Very clean office.

I was disappointed in the safety practices of the nursing staff at Better Med. I had to have a blood draw and the nurse popped a finger on her glove claiming she can’t feel anything with gloves on. She then proceeded to take off her mask claiming she can’t see with a mask on. This left me feeling very uneasy during covid times as we were in very close contact of each other. When I left she was sitting at the nurses station completely unmasked with many staff members close to her as well.

I'm in IT for senior living. I have had multiple Covid-19 test done at Bettermed. The staff is extremely friendly, the facility is very clean, and the results are fast.

I ended up having to go to my GP the next day due to an incorrect diagnosis that caused my swelling to increase. I feel like I wasted a $50 copay.

The receptionist is rude.
