First class operation. Beautiful facility and very professional staff!

Had to do COVID test due to travel restrictions in some states. Reserved online 3 days before. Bettermed service was on time, professional and results came in 48 hrs. Recommend this location!

There was no wait and the staff were so friendly. Trying to go to your own doctor is awful now so I come to Better Med where I can actually see someone.

It was a great experience. Very helpful and explained everything. Would go back anytime needed and would recommend to friends

I usually have experience at BetterMed. This time was okay. The NP probably only spent two to three minutes with me, and was out the door.

Upon visiting, instructions are given to email a valid Driver's License and insurance cards (front and back) in which I complied. Although the staff was friendly, I was still asked to complete the entire check-in process even though I informed the staff that I had followed the pre-registration instructions. Thus, this process seemed unnecessary in which there was ongoing difficulty completing the task. During the examination visit, the PA was very dismissive. After being informed of my Covid-19 results (negative), the PA did not wish to examine me thoroughly. He didn't check my nose (although I was suffering with sinus pressure and severe head pain). I was just told it's viral and was discharged. My husband called the office the next day to ask if anything could be done (RX call in, etc.), and because I have a high deductible I tried to avoid another office visit. However, I was told, "No," and if I decided to return than I would incur another payment. After being treated less than human, I chose another establishment. Needless to say, I was diagnosed with meningitis the next day after being seen at Patient First. I was examined thoroughly and sent to the ER. The MD was patient in which she displayed due diligence in actually caring for her patients and completing a through examination. Maybe the PA at Better Med would benefit from sensitivity training. Maybe because I was of a different hue, I was treated differently.

Always nice and wonderful staff that are always on time and very knowledgeable!
