VERY FAST AND PROFESSIONAL

I arrived nearly 45 minutes early for my COVID test and remained in my vehicle as requested. I called the number that was sent to me to call when I arrived. No one picked the number up the first 3 times I called. Finally when someone did, I was told "I'd get a call right back. Then after 30 minutes after my scheduled time I went inside (signs on doors say not to enter). I was told that someone would be calling me shortly. After another 20 minutes I got the call. I gave my info and went inside to an exam room for the test. I waited about another 20 minutes inside. Staff once inside was very polite, but I was extremely frustrated after waiting over an hour past my appointment to get seen.

EVERYONE was excellent, the receptionist the nurse and the physician. First class facility and first class staff. I will recommend highly to my friends and family.

I went in to check out my left ear which I had been experiencing some issues and the staff and doctor took good care of me and helping me with the issue. Very friendly and professional.

Wonderful medical staff. Called me thinking I was someone else and waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time.
