Great experience! Staff were attentive, caring, and personable. The visit was quick without being rushed. I felt that the staff listened to me and my concerns.

Everyone was fantastic and the appointment went smoothly. My only comment is that it was reiterated several times that I would receive a call regarding my results (COVID-19 test) and I would receive an email that allowed me to access results on a portal, but I never received a call. After about 30 minutes I checked my email and saw my results, which is fine with me. However, if I were a patient that could not easily access my email on a phone and was relying on the phone call, that would have been a much more stressful situation. Point being, if you confirm that results will be delivered by phone, please make sure the call is made promptly. The portal should be backup.

My first encounter with Better Med was spot on. I needed a Rapid Covid-19 test. The procedures, contact, texts and calls were all very efficient. I arrived waited very briefly and they called me inside. The office was very clean, very few people at my time and everyone was proficient. I'll be back if needed!
