I've always had a great experience at Better Med. Great front desk service, nurses and PA are always personable.

I normally choose BetterMed over my Dr.s office. I can normally be seen faster and it’s always clean and a lot less people. When I’m sick I prefer BetterMed. It’s convenient and fast.

I was in and out quickly which I appreciated as I had to rush home for homeschool. However, I don't feel like my pain was taken seriously. To say it's "muscle spasms", when they clearly were not. Give me meds that did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Ran behind me after leaving room to say " Could be stones!" I left and made appt with urologist as I've had stone issues before. Clearly they did not review my previous history or surgeries.

Fast and friendly service. I didn't feel rushed and the listened to me.

This is a very professional office that provided great service fast! I got my Rapid & PCR COVID test, result were provided as promised.

The service was great.A little confusion on the phone about no computer service on my end but great over all.

Being also in healthcare, and now the patient Confidentiality and constantly can tell you that your service is Premier and of the highest caliber and quality that one could only expect and deserve. Using scribes to listen to the patient without the provider even seeing the patient yet was very unique and reassured me that all aspects of my condition were covered for the provider to concentrate on the treatment plan early. Visit for me consist of a CoVid19 swab which gave me rapid results so work was not missed and potentially unpaid for. THANKS AGAIN & AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!
