Great care and it was very easy to use their website for appointments, reminders were sent to phone as messages and on arriving call them and they will call back when to enter and our service is ready. Perfectly planned team. Many thanks. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Non Insured patients that pay up front with a debit card, for a visit should be able to learn if more payment is required before leaving. As no insurance approval is needed. I was not comfortable leaving my card on file, as well as giving my social security number.. in this case I did not offer this information. This all of course was handled by the front desk. The care I received with the provider we quick and Pleasant. I did have to ask the person taking me back to my exam room If this was a non-CoVid room. As the person before me was receiving a CoVid test.

The service provided was great. The facility was clean and employees were courteous.

Everyone was very helpful and took time to listen, understand my medical problem and then explain their medical capabilities and those of the clinic. We were able to resolve my issue. I am in good health today thanks to BetterMed.

I am a nurse, and truly, I felt cared for and attended to. Great job!
