I appreciated the precautions that were taken due to Covid. The staff was courteous & pleasant. The wait time was minimal & the appropriate information & care were provided in a timely manner

Basically a 5 star experience except for wait time in car was about 30 min after scheduled appmt

Excellent Customer Service

I was charged for the Covid test visit even though my insurance covers for it.

The process was seamless, quick, and as promised.

The staff are usually friendly and helpful and I had had good experiences the first few times I had been here, but recently the wait times have been very long. Also, I was informed by billing staff that after hours fees would incur for any office visit after 6. When I work and can't make it in until six this is very frustrating to learn that I will expect this if I need to come in after this point.

Everyone was nice, knowledgable, & efficient. Website was easy to navigate too.
