Caring, friendly staff, and expeditious service. Staff explained everything they were doing, and answered all my questions. Will definitely remain my urgent care provider of choice.

I had a scheduled appt. and it took 30mins. for someone to call me back to confirm I was at the facility. Then waited another 20mins to tell me I could come in. While I was inside I was told test should be about 15 min wait for rapid test. I was in there for another 35 mins. I'm not sure why if you have a scheduled appt. it took this long??

Great Service and fast results

No waiting time. Careful about safety measures. Clean and spacious areas. My results were thoroughly explained. Everyone was professional and respectful. In was very please with my experience.

Making an online appointment was so easy! I was called promptly to come in for my appointment, and everyone was most courteous and professional. I will use my local BetterMed Urgent Care in the future after such a positive experience.

I went there for a covid 19 test. Scheduling was easy, check in also easy and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff was exceptional. So professional and nice. The practice looked very nice and clean inside. Highly impressed. This was my first time visiting any BetterMed and I would definitely use them again.
