Extremely disappointed by Bettermed service, Staff is very irresponsible and lack information. No respect for time. They change their turn around time from 2-5 days to 7 business day for test when we arrived for appointment. Had to wait for more than 2 hrs for test to be done. Could not provide letter of proof that we took PCR test. My mom took covid Pcr test for travel purpose and they changed gender on test report, due to which she (senior citizen, travelling alone, with hypertension) has to undergo extreme inconveniences at airport and stuck at airport for long hours.

Care was the best!

I would have given it 5 stars but I had to wait over 30 min from the time I arrived in my car to seeing the doctor for the covid test.

The office was very clean. I was the only person in the waiting area and I was taken back to exam room right away. The nurse who took my vitals was very kind and the doctor that saw me was thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this facility.

I very much appreciated the availability of the rapid Covid test. I was not feeling well at all after many visits to my daughter as a patient at Mary Washington Hospital. At age 73 it gave me a great sense of relief to know I did not have Covid, although I definitely had a viral syndrome. Today, Wednesday, finally feeling better. Thanks for being there, and the reassurance the test gave me being a long way from home.

The staff was very nice, courteous & professional. Reminded me to take my meds & explained the importance of doing so. Treated me for my ailments in a timely manner.
