Jessica at the front desk was amazing! We had a Covid scare and she was able to fit us in for testing first thing the next day. Instead of just saying "we don't have any openings until Monday" (this was a Friday evening), she went above and beyond to assist us. Awesome customer service! At our testing appointment, both the nurse and nurse practitioner were very kind and patient.

Went in for rapid COVID-19 test. Was in and out within 20 minutes.

Covid test on a Friday. Diagnosis of respiratory infection. Said meds were going to pharmacy. After three days and multiple calls finally had to go and get prescriptions in person. Note to clear me from work was written for no days of recovery!
