I had a telephone consultation for a covid test sent by my work, after having the telephone consultation she put me on schedule for the same day at 10:15 and told me that when I arrived I would call from the parking lot to let them know that I arrived, I did it and nobody answered, I tried 4 times and nothing, I tried for 15 minutes and they did not answer the phone, I decided to enter and there was no one at the front desk until after 3 minutes a girl appears and took my name and told me That he was going to call me in 2 minutes to go to the car, I waited for 40 minutes and they did not call me, I decided to call and the girl told me that I was not on the schedule, I went inside and they attended to me after waiting an hour. Then they told me that they would call me in 15 minutes for the results and they never called me, I called them after two hours for the results.

Registration was prompt and polite. The exam was very quick and the results were back soon. Everything was clean and empty. I highly recommend this location.

Very professional

The staff at the Chester Better Med were all very professional and welcoming. We did email the forms asked for but had to do the paperwork again once we checked in. We also asked for the Covid test that gives results in 2 or 3 days but got the rapid test. The Nurse Practitioner explained that it was most likely fine as we were 6 days out from 2nd level exposure and we had no symptoms. Overall, the experience was fine.

Joyce at the reception desk was so personable and calming! Mary Pat the Nurse was thorough and reassuring! The Xray tech was very meticulous and helpful Great experience with these fine folks!

I have always loved BetterMed, great experiences. This time the doc would not prescribe me an antibiotic for my sinus issues that I get regularly, as in my records. She said call back over the weekend if it doesn't get better, and its just a cold. I called right before the wknd in hopes to get the prescription bc I was going out of town. She said oh thats not a good idea for you to travel while sick. .... If its just a cold, what is the big deal? I called again two days after the wknd ended, asked could they please call in a prescription, they said OK. I went by almost 24 hours later to the pharmacy, they had nothing called in from Better Med. A week later I am still sick, sicker and no meds.
