Excellent Service The Doctor, Nurse and Receptionist, where all very friendly and made me feel welcome. That is important, especially when you are feeling bad.

I’ve always received great service here and I did this time until the PA came in. Very abrupt. Not a good look for Better Med.

I went after feeling sick for a few days and they were very good. Doctor was very personable and I appreciated the attention he gave me instead of shooing me out as fast as possible.

I was able to get tested with short notice. They were very professional and friendly.

My visit was great,from the check in to the exray tech,and the doctor, Everyone was very pleasent,all areas were clean and they all work together, therefore there was barely a wait time to see the doctor the longest part of my visit was to be expected which was waiting for.the xray results. Thank you.to all the staff at BetterMed urgent care in Fredericksburg Va,.

Had to wait an hour, but once I was allowed in everyone was friendly.
