Service was great for sure. Now there is always room to improve.

I had to ask for treatment/ some kind of help because they "didn't know" what was wrong. Even after my negative Covid test they still pushed for covid diagnosis. They require a credit card on file and automatically bill without telling you or they don't see you. AND they don't count as a referral so when they "don't know" you still have to see a primary care doctor for a referral to get help. I will NEVER go back to this place again!

I went for a covid test that i made an appointment for and when we got there i called in but i called 6 times and no answer. I finally went in and no one was at the desk until someone just happened to walk by and got someone to come out. She said she would call me but never did. I called back and it was 20 minutes after my appt time and they said they had other people agead of me. There was 1 person in the parking lot and all employees could be seen in the break room. They shouldn't make appts if it is there lunch time and on the door it doesn't say anything about a lunch time. The employees were all nice and all BUT they dont know how to budget time

With an appointment I waited an hour and 40 minutes to see a PA who prescribed me the same thing that I had been prescribed twice that hasn't worked.
