COVID-19 has been a challenge but it’s been long enough to have a procedure. I was checked in over the phone and told to come in. Once in the lobby I was told they needed a minute to clean the room and to return to my car. They forgot I was still waiting and after 30 min I had to call and remind them. I had a 9:00 appt,and wasn’t done until 10:45. The care given was very good once I made it to a room.

I had never been to an Urgent Care before so I didn’t know what to expect. I was very pleased with the check in and the wait time was les than 10 minutes. The exam was well done and I felt very assured of receiving good care. All the labs were done on site and took no more than 15 minutes. I received all the detail labs results and was told what I needed to do post exam. I would recommend them to anyone.
