Clean, friendly, and fast!

My day of service was great. However, I left a form to be completed for my new employer. I was told that the form could be ready the same day. I called back the next day and was put on hold several times. I did not get a call back. I called the next day left a voice message with no call back. I called the third and was told the form could not be found and probably was not completed as it was not workers comp related. Later on I receive a call that my form was completed and ready for pick up. It is my thought that your front in staff need more training. Thank you

Safe fast and awesome customer service. Hopefully I will not have to get tested for COVID-19 but if I do I will and I will definitely go there for my after hours care.

I am very happy with BetterMed. I never have to wait long and the staff is friendly and courteous each time I’ve gone there and genuinely concerned for your well being. They also give a follow up phone call to see how your doing. Very pleased!

This location continued to ask more and more people to sit in the waiting room in the middle of a pandemic... when I got there I was alone, about 30 minutes after my appointment (non-COVID related) was supposed to start and they hadn’t even checked me in was when more people started to trickle in. After about 4 more people joined me in the wait room before I asked if I could wait in my car. The person at the front desk acted like I was overreacting, but agreed and I continued to wait another 30 minutes before being called to check in. In the 30 minutes in my car I watched as it grew to about 10-15 people in the waiting area inside... Once I was finally seen the medical staff was great!
