I was available 5 min before appointment but it took them more than 35 min to just get me in and total time spent was more than 1 hour. It take less than 5 min for the staff to do a nose swab and consult after the rapid antigen test.

Went for a Covid test and it was quick and everyone was friendly. Great experience. Booking the appt was a little glitchy also maybe it was me but it would've been helpful if the confirmations I received had the address but other than that everything was great.

Dr. Zeballos assisted me in getting a very timely covid appointment test. I thought the technology you utilize was very efficient and streamlined to make the process seamless to come in with next to zero contact with anyone for paperwork, etc. the automated reminders, ease of simple to use technology to get paperwork done electronically and the kindness and professionalism of staff was fantastic. My appointment was at 11:08 and I was seen at that time and out in no time. I will use Better Med in the future as well as refer anyone in need of urgent medical attention
