Refused to give me a different antibiotic for my UTI when the first one didn't work. They told me to go see a Urologist. So have a UTI for 2 months until a urologist can see me? That's not even logical. Thankfully, I messaged my gynecology NP instead and she called me in some Bactrim. I didn't think she would be able to since she didn't see me for it, so I figured I would call Bettermed to get a different one, but obviously that was a waste of my time. The Bactrim knocked my UTI right out. I won't waste my time going to Bettermed ever again.

Easy to register, fast response seeing the caregiver, rapid solution to my medical issue and care to be used once I returned home. Nothing but a great experience.

Nurse Practitioner Laura Sullivan-Simenson is nothing short of amazing. She is always so kind and knowledgeable and it is obvious she loves what she does. I have a primary care doctor but I do prefer seeing Laura. Also the bettermed facility itself is always so clean & relaxing to be in. From the moment you walk in the door to the minute you’re leaving, everyone you encounter is just so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Bettermed Clinic.
