I had a very good experience at the BetterMed Urgent Care in Ashland. I had stitches in my finger 10 days before. I was a little apprehensive in going back to have the stitches removed. I knew that they wouldn't numb my finger, as they did when the stitches were put in. However, the PA who took my stitches out was very encouraging and careful. Even though it hurt when they were taken out, I felt her confidence and carefulness which helped me get through the ordeal. She gave me excellent care.

The clinic didn’t get my pharmacy correct after multiple request. I was unable to get the medication needed.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything. The place was very clean. I have already recommend to a lot of friends.

We had a 540 appointment for a rapid covid test. I have had one other covid test at a different provider so I expected this to be done from my car. You actually have to go inside the facility. They took us in 25 minutes late. Then they make you stay inside and wait for the results. This is crazy. Lots of people being tested for covid coming in and out. It’s not somewhere you should be hanging out. Should at least have you wait in your car for the results. All together we were there an hour. At the other place I was in and out in 15 minutes and never left my car. Then received a call in and hour. Much better.

I went to Bettermed for a COVID rapid test. You are told to wait in your car and call. I called 20 times with no answer and no voicemail option available. Finally I went up to the door and looked inside to see 2 girls eating. They apologized and told me it was their lunch break and I just need to give them 5 minutes to finish up. It’s not the girls fault, it’s the system. Why would they let me schedule my appointment during the staff’s lunch break? Or they could stagger the lunch breaks so someone is always available to answer the phone. If that hadn’t happened, I would’ve been in and out in 15 minutes. It was super quick. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to go in until 15 minutes after my appointment time because of the lunch break issue. If I had known it was their lunch break, I would have chosen a different time.

The staff at Better Meds understood my medical concern and acted accordingly. They were able to see me and give me a diagnosis that day. They truly displayed a caring attitude.
