Friendly staff, quick availability and turnaround.

Charged me $497 and didn't even bill insurance. I called and they were able to change my bill to go to my insurance.

I had been really sick for 10 days when I went to Better Med. The receptionist and intake staff were wonderful. The Dr was less than I had hoped for. She chalked all my symptoms up to allergies. WRONG.. I still have a lingering cough.

I was told I had a UTI with the only symptom being severe lower back pain. When the cultures came back I did not have any bacteria that causew UTI's. I still have no idea how I was in so much pain. I took antibiotics for no reason....

BetterMed at Regency was awesome. They were organized, observed Covid protocols and were friendly from start to finish.

Friendly staff, organized clean location.

Easy in and easy out and smooth in between!

Everyone was very pleasant & the office was very clean. I use to go to Patient First but my family and I will now be going to Better Med.
