Hi - I was told that I had Scabies and was given a RX and used it 3 times and nothing happened. I went to my PCP a few days later and was told that I had Contact Dermatitis and was given a RX for Prednisone. Needless to say I was a tad bit horrified to hear that I had Scabies.

I went in for a rapid COVID test and had a great experience. Everything went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and informative. I will remember BetterMed for future needs.

I had to take a covid 19 test. I paid out of pocket for the rapid test on day 4 of exposure. Only to be told after my results were negative,that I really should test between day 5 and 7 of possible exposure. I feel it was a waste of my funds and am disappointed no one communicated that with me until after everything. Needless to say I did not return to this facility to take my second test and won't recommend it to others.

The service was very prompt and professional.

No one knew what was going on. Extremely long wait. Not friendly. NP or PA took about 30 seconds with me.

My son was anxious about his Covid test. They made it easy and painless. I only wish they could have done an antibody test while we were already there.
