Provider was short
Provider was short, abrupt and wouldn't listen to my concerns. Made me feel dumb for even coming in despite the fact I've worked in Healthcare for over 15 years.

My experience was fine
My experience was fine. It said to call when I got there instead of coming into the office due to Covid-19. When I arrived I called and no one answered the phone. So i walked in and a friendly receptionist greeted me. I was the only one in the waiting area. The service was fine and quick. I just didn't understand why they said call first and no one answered the phone.

The employees there were very customer service friendly, fast and efficient!

Facility and staff were all efficient
Facility and staff were all efficient, friendly and kind. Only downside is the application of knee brace was incorrect, therefore was given a brace that was too big and unusable. I realized it after leaving the facility and was not able to return.
