Everyone was great at Better med Short…
Everyone was great at Better med Short Pump, the guy I talked with on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. When I got there the assistant was proficient as well as the PA Brian.

My 5star experience at Fredericksburg Bettermed facility
The Best Medical facility I ever experienced. I came there for COVID-19 PCT Test as required for my international travel. The staff were Very very professional and yet very friendly and hospitable. Thanks for making your clients feel comfortable.

Great Staff at BetterMed
Staff at BetterMed took great care of my son and I recently. Staff was courteous and efficient. We were seen quickly and on our way back home. Office is clean and beautiful. I'd highly recommend BetterMed.

While I was initially frustrated trying to make an appt, once I had the appt, everything went smoothly. Staff went above and beyond and were very knowledgeable & helpful with my issue.
