BetterMed is always very professional, very efficient, and this was no exception. Good communication the whole way as to when to enter, explaining the process, then coming back with the results. Second time I have been to a BetterMed for a covid test, and it my preferred place to go. Thanks again for the terrific service, and thanks for being there for the rest of us.

Some confusion over the process. I set up the appointment, then got a call to come in now and when I said it would take me 40 minutes, they said fine. I got to the parking lot and called and they said I had to do the on the phone part, which I then did. Then I had to wait over 45 minutes for my "new" appt to get the COVID test. When I did not get a call as promised, I called again, and they said to come in, they had been waiting but didn't know I was there in the parking lot. Seems like the system is very convoluted with a lot of pieces that don't necessarily talk together. Results came thru the portal, I never got the call back as I was promised and assured I would get.
