Great Service!!
This was the easiest, fasted and jut best all around appointment I have ever made. Easy to book online. They were timely getting me in a room with nurse and the doctor was fast following up as well. No real wait time at any point. The were so nice and professional. I can go other places for free but honestly going here in the future is worth the co-pay. I went because my normal minute clinic I visit was temporarily closed.

Everyone there is pleasant!
Everyone there is pleasant. They were very curtious over the phone gathering information before allowing us to go in for our Covid test. The nurse or PA who we saw was informative and answered all of our questions! She wasn’t in a huge rush. We have been to this BetterMed several times and would recommend it to anyone needing medical care.

Rubber piece frm. hearing aid stuck in left ear..
I came in with the rubber end of my left hearing aid, lodged deep in my ear. From intake to exit took appox. 40min. Very impressed!

Excellent Urgent Care
Facility is beautiful. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the visit pleasant. They explained everything and made sure we didn’t have any questions.
