I really appreciated the counselling on betterhelp. My counselor was Karlee Young. She is great! I received a lot of understanding, support and valuable suggestions from her. This is very precious and I think it helps me be confident and motivated in the future. I highly recommend Karlee!

BetterHelp.com has been an affordable, user friendly, virtual therapy site that I am now recommending to family and friends. The Website info regarding their services is easily understood. They responded to my additional questions quickly. The sign-up process is easy, with no pressure, and the Mental Health services and base of professionals they have to choose from is vast. I have only been a client for a short time, but I anticipate a long term relationship with not only my therapist but also BetterHelp.com. I would at least recommend checking this company out before you commit to seeing a therapist in person. I could not afford the very much needed cost of monthly therapy appointments, and am now having weekly and daily contact, if needed. I highly suggest BetterHelp.com for your mental health needs.

I really appreciate the commitment to me as a person. I have never gone more than a few hours without a response from my counselor and I love the fact that communication is more than just an online call once in a while. We talk back and forth on the site several times a week. Its a connection that I have not always experienced in the past with a "live" therapist meeting once a month.

I was very skeptical about online therapy but the option to meet with different councillors really aids with finding someone that is a good fit for you, it truly makes the biggest difference between help and wasting your money. Not every councillor will be great, but there will always be at least one that is great for you. These guys genuinely know what they’re doing and most of them work for BetterHelp as a secondary job- I don’t believe they do it for the income, they do it to help people. I’ve never had therapists who wanted to be so invested in my life and improving it. Honestly Shocking :)

I am glad I have tried this way of counselling. A good way for people like me who never tried therapy before. Just give it a go you got nothing to loose. Wish it was cheaper though :)

I'm pressed for time, and also on a bit of a budget. This platform offers the potential for substantive help with flexibility and affordability. Though in-person care will likely always trump remote care, in terms of efficacy, there's absolutely something to be said for BetterHelp's ability to fill a particular niche. For those who aren't in dire need of intensive mental health care, BetterHelp serves as substantially more than a "better than nothing" option. In fact, I would go so far as to say that they're an independently viable option. With that said, there is no One-Size-Fits-All solution. And while BetterHelp worked for me, it might not be right for everyone.
