Betterhelp has helped me initiate healing that I wasn't able to attain on my own. The app usually works well but lately has been somewhat buggy, logging me out unexpectedly and requiring many attempts to sign in before complying. My matched counselor is excellent! His ability to intuitively know how to assist me is phenomenal!

I would recommend Better Help to anyone who needs counseling. They will fit you with a great counselor unique to your own situation. It's been a tough year for many, and I hope more people discover and embrace this service. I feel like I've grown and improved as an individual after only a few sessions. Councillor was good however it was next to impossible to book a spot due to Timezone differences. With the therapist not able to make one of the appointments and myself being on holiday the next week, for a month of subscription I could only get one appointment.
