Betterhelp is awesome! I’ve been looking for a therapist for years and finally was able to find one with better help! I’m a server so it’s always hard to find time on my schedule and better help it’s so good, they have flexibility, my therapist is constantly texting me on the app to make sure i’m doing fine and practice the exercises she gave me to help my anxiety. Ich hatte ein BetterHelp-Abo abgeschlossen, doch nach drei Wochen wurde mein Account gelöscht. Man sagte mir, ich solle mir lieber „eine richtige Therapie“ suchen. Sobald man dort ernsthafte Probleme anspricht, ist man unerwünscht – erwähne nur einmal etwas wirklich Belastendes, und dein Konto wird gelöscht. BetterHelp geht es ausschließlich um Profit; sie wollen nichts mit Menschen zu tun haben, die wirklich Hilfe brauchen.

I dislike the frustration of trying to get insurance set up & billed. My therapist through EAP free sessions was good, but I want to continue with my insurance being billed and this seems about impossible.

Had a terrible therapist on regain she really did not listen to me during our first meeting with me and my ex-wife. We agreed to have separate meetings. She seemed to talk to me during the separate meeting, but then met with my wife and is now refused to speak to me again I guess once again women choose women I do not recommend this lady Anne Douglas or the site at all better help or

BetterHelp was great at matching me with the perfect therapist. I am also pleased with their many resources and opportunities for support and learning. The software is another story. I would guess that every 2-3 weeks there is a challenge with my ability to connect with my therapist from one of our ends or the connection cuts out during our session. Very frustrating.
