They matched me with a well knowledgeable therapist and I’m actually getting help from past traumas. Such a great app. It’s like the Uber for therapists . Great company. If you dont like your therapist, I like that they have the option to change therapists whenever you want. No strings attached. I would recommend this app 10 out of 10

BetterHelp is a legitimate counseling service that has saved me time and time again. It is just like therapy, but at your convenience in your living room. I absolutely love it so much, I don't think I'd have the personal success I have today had it not been for the help I get from BetterHelp. My counselor is so encouraging and supportive. I’ve tried to sign up for this for months now to no avail. Each time I fill out the intake form only to be told I’ll receive a verification code sent to my email yet none ever come up. I’ve checked my inbox and my spam/junk folders but there’s no emails with any verification codes to make an account. The only email I ever received back was a password reset link which is ridiculous considering I don’t even have an account to reset the password. Super difficult to try and get in contact with too if you’re in the UK as the company is based in the US.

This usually means your email provider is seeing our automated emails as "SPAM" and we may need to try a few things in our backend system to help get these emails to get through to your primary inbox. If you're reading this, trust that it's for a good reason. 👍 I was hesitant reaching out for counseling. My view on mental health was affected by the stigma that counseling was for "crazy" people. That's not at all true. One should never wait to get help until they've fallen and reached burn out. Mental Health is so much more than most of us acknowledge. I was matched with Heather Timm (after selecting my personal choices of who to be matched with) and I'm so glad that I was! She's an incredible listener and offers guidance if I'm seeking any. She's never pushy and let's you open up at your own pace. She has a way of letting me see just how simple a situation is after I've complicated it. After each session, I'm always left feeling empowered and confident in my abilities. You are worthy of a change. Just do it.
