I found out about Better help through a commercial. The sign up was easy and the price was a deal compared to other prices I researched! I liked that I was able to read the profile of the counselor that I chose. It allowed me to have the preview of their experience and their specialties were highlighted. Glenn Anderson I would recommend to people who suffer from bi-polar issues like I do. Glad I made a decision to seek help through Better help app!

BetterHelp is a great resource. My therapist is knowledgeable, compassionate, and provides productive resources and suggestions to improve in all areas we've discussed. I enjoy the platform of video/chat and the subscription service is easy to use.

I can’t speak enough praise for my therapist through BetterHelp. I have learned ways to deal with my anxiety that have been so empowering. Three months or so ago I was in crisis. I was unable to process the least bit of stress without shutting down. My therapist has given me the tools to get through the anxiety attacks to where I can process stress in a healthy way. What a gift.

I would recommend Betterhelp to those who know they are in need of therapy but may not have the time to travel to an office, etc. You can be paired with a counselor based on your preferences that you type into their system. They can work with you on the cost of the counseling too if need be. From my experience so far, it is very worth the money. I can talk to a counselor from the privacy of my own home at a time that is best for me. I can also participate in mental health-based webinars based on a variety of helpful topics through Betterhelp.

I really needed a counsellor. I had a 1wk free trial & the guy made me feel worse. Im back, joined & paid & i chose Natasha. Something told me she wasn’t gonna be a good fit. Anyway, spoke to her, i am 5 hrs ahead from her. She responded and ddnt give any help but said we’ll talk in the live session. Then she had to cancel the live session due to a pet emergency. Ok. Understandable. Then i asked her for advice/shared something with her, she asked questions. Then her 3rd response was to send me 3 worksheets of little activities to do to help bring down the anxiety before a certain event. And its been almost 3 full days i believe and i have no responses to what i sent her since then, nor to my shared journal entry. Its basically been a full week, this is EXPENSIVE and ive just had 3 responses (only one contained worksheets) & a cancelled live session...... we are meant to be given 1 live session a week. i deserve money back or something. i have not received any real help during my first week - a friend couldve done better! are counsllors off on the weekends, or what?
