I really like the councilor provided. She is very personable and caring and I appreciate her down to earth perspective! Also the app is easy to use and fees comparatively affordable.

Best Gift I Have Given to Myself
BetterHelp is a great way to get started on your journey towards better mental health. The ability to change counselors and set preferences with counselors makes it easy to find a counselor that is a great match for your mental health goals and needs. The option for chat, phone calls, or video calls also makes it customizable to what is most comfortable for you. I highly recommend it and wish I could gift BetterHelp to all my loved ones!

Better than Nothing!
I wasn't expecting the cream of the crop on this site, but my experience was lackluster. When I signed up, I requested a woman, but they assigned me to a man. The next therapist I was able to choose and she spent the entire time TALKING ABOUT HERSELF! The third therapist was OK but I didn't have a connection with nor did she have much availability, and the fourth I didn't feel like she understood me. So I just gave up. BH was nice enough to refund me for the wasted meetings so I wasn't losing $70/session.

Different types of service for different types of people
I've had a few different counselors and they've all been extremely knowledgeable and have different skills that they each bring to the table. Very happy with this platform and all the ways that it allows you to receive help.

Great Resource
When I first tried Better Help, I was skeptical about the efficacy of an entirely online platform. I've never been so happy to be proven wrong. The platform is easy to use, my therapist is wonderful, kind, and thoughtful, and I appreciate the flexible pricing and accessible schedules. Better Help has changed my last few months for the better.

Betterhelp gets a 4.5 rating from me!
Betterhelp is great for those of us who'd rather speak to a professional from the safety of our homes. I had a great experience, the only hang up is the cost.. which for me being not US based is a bit pricey. Overall I would recommend this app, especially for the millennials like myself.
