Betterhelp was definitely not what I was expecting, I assumed it was going to go bad like I have had in the past with counseling. No they have shown to be one of the greatest platforms to get help as well as knowledge to understanding your needs and wants. They ask you questions to get you the best for your needs specifically, you can schedule a time to video/call/text your therapist and as well as groupinars; which is where you get tons of information for things you want to improve or just in to know, in those groupinars you can ask questions and they respond to them on live.

Better help has plenty of options when it comes to counsellors and therapists so there should be someone who fits exactly what you need. Everyone seems to be very nice and understanding. Scheduling and communicating with your therapist is very easy through the app & it’s a very nonjudgmental place. It’s nerve-racking at first but it gets easier to open up once you find the right person.

Betterhelp has been really helpful and convenient to me. It made me feel comfortable and they made sure to cater to my needs as much as possible. I was in a dark rotting place and Betterhelp gave me the opportunity to get better. I like how everything is done through my phone or laptop so I can easily hide that I am getting help. I also like how Betterhelp sends you several reminders before your sessions and ask for feedbacks after each one. It shows how involved and concerned they are to ensure you are getting the best treatment.

Just as good as in-person therapy and so convenient. I really love the therapist I've been matched with.

I've had a great experience with BetterHelp so far. I like that I was asked to provide a lot of information to my therapist about myself, such as the struggles I'm facing, goals I'd like to accomplish, etc. My therapist has been incredible; she responds in a timely manner and takes the time to understand my situation and support me in the healthiest ways possible. Hi, OK, BETTER Help is a service that puts you in touch with therapists in USA. They help you find the best matches for what you indicate you want help with. The only minor issue that I had initially was finding someone who's 'timetable' would be most compatible due to the time difference. I live in the UK. But now have a session every week around my lunch time (6am over there!!) with a lovely therapist. Early days but feel comfortable and looking forward to see what we can do to help improve my outlook on life. Hope this helps. (it's also comforting that you won't be bumping into them in the supermarket anytime lol)
