Using BetterHelp has been one of the best decisions I ever made. It began as the difference of actually getting help and doing work versus putting it off and never doing it, hoping for the best. I wish BetterHelp existed years ago. Many times in my life it would have been great to be talking to someone in three days time instead of trying to schedule appointments 5 weeks away, then having to miss work, AND lose income. Excellent therapist. Her availability is great. You can text your therapist if you feel you are in a crisis anytime with in reason. Scheduling and payment is easy and reasonable.

This was my first time seeking help and wanting to better myself and this is the best way to do it. You have all the tools and ways to communicate with you all the time and they are always there if needed.
