Better Health has some wonderful Christian counselors who are helping me to heal both spiritually and emotionally. I would highly recommend the service of these counselors.

BetterHelp services were provided through my employer. This reduction in friction to seeking online therapy during a difficult time in my life was very helpful. The relationship and resources that I found with my therapist are a lifeline for me at this time.

Betterhelp has been some of the worst therapy I've had in my entire life, I would finish sessions feeling worse than when I started. I'm dealing with the grief following a break up and my first therapists eventual solution was to make me hate my ex girlfriend even though we ended on good terms, my second therapist had an audible timer that I would hear in the middle of sessions that would go off, loudly I might add after 30 minutes. The sign up terms promises an hour but it's actually at the therapists discretion. The first therapist even was willing to leave me in a vulnerable position while I was visibly on my desk with my head in my hands close to tears. Betterhelp over works it's therapists...if you're not in the US you'll get ridiculous times, they don't respond to messages even though you think they will and alot of the time you'll be left to your own devices. I would even argue to say I was in a better place before I found betterhelp.com. DON'T do it, use your medical insurance or shop around.

Better help is a fantastic resource if you’re actively struggling with any issues in your life or you just want to do some psychological maintenance. It’s really helped me tackle a lot of the behaviors I had that used to hold me back and I’ve since learned to better handle my own problematic tendencies. The only reason I rate BetterHelp 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. It’s affordable if you have a decent job and are financially stable, but it’s quite expensive if you’re a student, unemployed, struggling, etc. (I do believe BetterHelp can be covered to some degree by health insurance, but not everyone is covered). So, I had to knock off one star for accessibility. If you can fit BetterHelp into your budget though, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Great platform, amazing clinicians, multifaceted experience.

BetterHelp offers high quality customer service, they are responsive and friendly, Therapists there are super friendly and professionals. First, customer agent got irritated and didn't know exactly with whom to match me, they guide me to the directly and said tell us who you believe work best, there were tremendous number of qualified profiles with text and video reviews from people appeal to be just like you, then I picked up three choices and arranged them regarding my preference, they matched me with my 1st choice, we worked 2 weeks and we struggle scheduling sessions as of time zone difference, so I had to request to change therapist, You serve yourself freely through the portal, in two clicks I got matched with a new therapy from my choice, I went back to the support and said: "hey, I gain nothing in back for my money" they answered: "we know how changing therapist is challenging, we are sorry you need to go from scratch, here are 2 additional weeks to your repayment week so you feel not pressured" and I had those 2-week extension. it is worth mention I was offered reduced plan as I am a student affected by COVID 19 and they also accept insurance coverage if applicable.

Better Help connected me with a therapist I finally feel like I can connect with, and who is there for me. Even though it isn't in-person therapy, I am still able to feel as though it is with different options on how to have my weekly session. It is also affordable, and very extensive- what they offer is worth every penny.

Was a member less than one day because of the lack of Therapists that met the requirements I listed up front. Betterhelp should offer a trial period or the patient be able to review the matching requirements and select a Therapist prior to the subscription being started.
