The BetterHelp platform is very convenient and helps anyone with a smart device access affordable therapy. The therapist I'm working with always checks in on me and keeps the communication open to schedule video sessions and we text chat as needed. Overall I have had a positive experience over the past 9 months using the BetterHelp platform. Pricing is $280 billed every 4 weeks for unlimited talk, text, video and audio messages and weekly live video sessions. There is also a mantience plan that comes to $160 every 4 weeks for one live video session with text, video and audio messages. Finally, there is a quarterly option that comes to $715 every 3 months for unlimited talk, text, video and audio messages + weekly live sessions. I used to pay at least $100 a session with traditional therapy so this to me gives you more for your money.

I have gotten SO much out of BetterHelp. I recently moved out, started a new job, and am preparing for graduate school.
