BetterHelp really works! It my therapist has gotten me through a lot of tough times and if I hadn't started here I would have still been keeping all of my emotions bottled up. BetterHelp has helped me get to know myself better and has helped me grow a lot as a person!

This is my second time with BetterHelp. First time, I didn't click with two different therapists. I gave up on therapy thinking maybe I needed more of an in person style. Tried it but it wasn't for me either. So I came back and suddenly was placed with the most amazing therapist. This is a very hard time in my life so I have the confidence that my therapist will be there every step of the way as I grow into a new version and pick up my broken pieces. The platform itself is very intuitive & easy to use. I love that not only do I have the support with the weekly calls but I am able to message my therapist in between in the messaging center. It's also super convenient for those who work and can't get to an office for a visit.

Betterhelp is a God send for someone who is constantly on the move and doesn't have the ability to do in-person therapy. I enjoy the ability to switch therapists if mine isn't meshing well with me. I took a star off because I wish they'd pay their employees better. I've been reading chatter and it seems to be pretty unanimous that Betterhelp provides a good service that meets all regulatory needs, but is abysmal pay, which sucks for those trying to make a difference in people's lives
