This has been a great experience for me I was scared at first but my therapist Rebecca is the best she makes me so comfortable. She also reached out in between sessions to check on me.

Better help has and is helping me through my rough times dealing with stress and mental illness. There are no long wait list. The people are kind and understanding. Cost less then going to an office for the same treatment. It’s in convenient. The best thing about it is there’s a message box where you can write to your therapist in between sessions 24/7 and your therapist will answer you when their free .That has help me tremendously. They care they really do. I’m so happy I found them . Life changer for sure.

Betterhelp is great and accessible. I wasn't able to find a psychiatrist near me so I've turn to Betterhelp. I don't regret it ! It really easy to use and my psychiatrist is ready to chat, talk by phone or see me in a video chat. He makes me laugh and listens to me. Also, I have appreciated the fact that Betterhelp has contacted me a couple of time by mail to ask me how things are going and if I need to change my psychiatrist.

Better help has been a great help to me during difficult times. Being able to chat with my therapist, and also send messages and get replies means I always feel I have access to help and support.

This is an excellent program. I get my therapy through Better Help, and I was paired up with a therapist who suited my needs exactly. I've made a lot of personal progress because of her, and I'm grateful for the accessibility this program gives me to a therapist who is pro-lgbt.

Love this platform.

It was great! I got to know myself on a deeper level. I have reached my goals after taking the therapy. It is very motivating every time I go!
